About Steph:

Steph earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She brings a warm, collaborative approach to her work, helping clients reduce anxiety around food, navigate fear foods, and build a more peaceful relationship with their bodies.

She believes in patient-led care, partnering with each person to create sustainable strategies that reflect their unique needs and identities. Her practice is rooted in a non-diet, neurodiversity-affirming framework, with a particular focus on making care inclusive and accessible for neurodivergent and disabled clients.

Outside the office, Steph enjoys playing with her cats and bunnies, hosting Dungeons & Dragons nights, and crocheting or knitting something cozy.
