We may collect information, such as name, phone number, and email address. If you are a client or prospective client of Space City Nutrition, this information may also be associated with your health record in our HIPAA-compliant Microsoft 365 system.

 

Use of information collected:
We may use the information we collect to perform the services requested including billing, customer service, appointment reminders and other administrative requests. Text messaging is used only for non-clinical, administrative communication. We do not provide medical advice, treatment, or confidential clinical information by text message.

 

Sharing of information collected:
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This includes text messaging opt-in data and consent. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your mobile information. All communications are handled in compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards.
