Keep in mind that being in-network doesn't always mean your plan will cover our services; every plan has different benefits, and coverage can vary even within the same insurance company. We'll review your specific benefits before your first visit and reach out to you with what we find, so there are no surprises.

Please note that if your plan does not cover our services, payment will be your responsibility.

What if i’m out of network?

You will be responsible for private pay rates, but you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, HSA, and FSA.

  • If you are out of network, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. Depending on your plan, they may reimburse you for sessions. You will still be responsible for our private pay rates and will be charged at the time of service.

  • We offer a limited number of reduced-rate spots based on financial need. Please use the contact form here to inquire. Additional financial assistance may be available through Project HEAL.

  • You as the client have the right to request a "Good Faith Estimate" per the No Surprise Act. If you would like an estimate of your self pay services or out-of-network costs, you may request this from your dietitian. Please note that this is an estimate of services and may be an under or over-estimate of the total costs. This estimate is to ensure that you are not receiving any surprise costs.
