follow-up session

Each session, we will discuss how things are going and explore new directions for moving forward.

meal support

We offer live meal and snack support sessions to work on mindful eating and anxiety around food.

family sessions

We can incorporate parents and other family/support system members into sessions when it’s appropriate.

food log support

If we decide logging food could help you, we can review your food logs twice per week outside of session and provide feedback.
