With a combined 18 years’ experience in retail, management, sales, and operations, he brings a strong background in creating organized, welcoming environments where people feel genuinely cared for.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Luis at CrossFit or a pickleball court, exploring new coffee shops, parks, and museums, or spending quality time with his niece and nephews. He also enjoys reading, biking, and being out in nature whenever he can.
