About Holly:

Holly attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition after completing the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Her work experience includes nutrition consultation in long-term care, acute clinical care, and one-to-one outpatient nutrition counseling with a specialized focus on eating disorders and disordered eating.

Through her work as a dietitian, Holly saw firsthand how restrictive diets are rarely sustainable and often cause more harm than good. She practices from a weight-inclusive framework grounded in the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size™. Holly believes you are the expert of your own body, and she places a strong emphasis on honoring your lived experiences. She will collaborate closely with you as you work toward food peace, encouraging curiosity and self-compassion along the way. Holly is passionate about expanding access to healthcare and providing affirming, inclusive care for all.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and her orange tabby cat, Pumpkin. She loves trying new recipes, curling up with a good book, and engaging in mindful movement. Holly is dedicated to ongoing growth, reflection, and education, both personally and professionally.
