About angela:

Committed to empowering her clients to cultivate a peaceful, intuitive relationship with food and their bodies, Angela is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorder care and disordered eating. She earned her master’s degree in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England.

Her supervised practice was completed at Kindred Hospital, the Tarrant Area Food Bank, and an eating disorder private practice, where she gained valuable experience in the clinical, community, and health-equity settings. Angela went on to work in one-on-one nutrition counseling, where she honed her skills in HAES-aligned, weight-inclusive care, and intuitive eating. Beyond her primary focus of eating disorders/disordered eating, she also supports clients in managing chronic health conditions and is passionate about advancing healthcare social justice and advocating for LGBTQ+ rights.

In her personal time, Angela loves spending time with her family at her son’s basketball games or going for walks with her husband, her son, and her dog. For exercise, she enjoys running and lifting weights at the gym. Angela is also a local artist in Fort Worth, Texas and runs a shop on Etsy where she sells her watercolor paintings and prints.
