About allison:
Allison is the kind of dietitian who tells it like it is, with softness, humor, and deep respect for your lived experience. Whether she’s unpacking the legacy of 90s diet culture (SnackWells, SlimFast, low-rise jeans) or helping you reconnect with what truly nourishes you, Allison brings clarity, compassion, and a down-to-earth vibe to her work.
She earned her Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Texas A&M and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Houston. Before joining Space City Nutrition, she worked at a local eating disorder treatment center.
Allison loves supporting you in navigating the complicated messages you’ve received about food, weight, and health. She’s passionate about exploring how diet culture has shaped your relationship with food and body, and finding new ways to feel at home in both.
She is neurodivergent and a strong LGBTQ+ ally who values honesty, autonomy, and creating a space where people feel safe, affirmed, and genuinely cared for.
When she’s not working, you can find her reading, playing cozy computer games, dancing at a show, or planning her next concert.
